Throughout her career, Silvia has held key leadership roles across different sectors, including Logistics and Supply Chain Director, Business Process Re-Engineering Manager and Customer Service Manager. In these positions, she supported multinational companies during their start-up phases, contributing to their growth into market leaders in Italy.
These experiences enabled her to develop a strong strategic vision, advanced managerial skills and a rigorous organizational approach.

Driven by her passion for events, luxury and communication, Silvia began long-term collaborations with prestigious editorial groups such as Condé Nast (Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, AD, Traveller, Glamour, Wired), Vice and Tecniche Nuove.
During this journey, she built an extensive network of companies, media, key figures and decision-makers at national and international levels, further strengthening her expertise in luxury lifestyle, event management and brand communication.

In 2014, Silvia founded Silvia Vietri Agency, combining managerial experience and creative know-how to produce exclusive events, communication projects and public relations activities.
In 2018, she launched the division dedicated to Luxury Tailor-Made Itineraries & Concierge, designing bespoke travel experiences for private clients and corporate groups in some of the most fascinating destinations in Italy and around the world.

Thanks to her deep understanding of clients’ needs, Silvia and her team transform every brief into a personalized project capable of creating unique experiences, unforgettable moments and premium tailor-made services.
As this activity continued to grow, it became a core pillar of the Agency, leading to the creation of a new independent brand: DreamIt, specialized in bespoke luxury travel and exclusive experiences.
